SHIPPING & DELIVERIES OF EXHIBITOR DISPLAYS:
We strongly advise that you ship materials in advance to the black desert resort to assure that your exhibit will be set up and ready on Thursday afternoon, April 24th, 2024. Shipments will be received up to (3) days in advance. If you are shipping boxes directly to the hotel, please address your shipment as follows. Any additional shipping and receiving costs will be at the expense of the exhibiting company.
NOTE: Boxes cannot arrive prior to January 13th, 2025.

SELECTION OF EXHIBIT SPACE:
Table space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis based on the date of receipt of the Exhibit Registration Form and full payment. Exhibit tables will be labeled before you arrive for setup and space assignments may not be changed. Platinum Package exhibitors will be placed in the main foyer spaces.
SPECIAL/AFFILIATED EVENTS:
If you are interested in hosting a function during the meeting, all meeting space requests must be approved by The HER Summit. We do not allow functions involving the attendees to be held during official scheduled events.
