About Your Coach
I have been a Nurse Practitioner in the Medical Aesthetic Industry since January 2014. It wasn’t my intention to start a medspa with multiple locations and a training program, but after seeing so many students struggle to get started I took it upon myself to build a training program that would offer ongoing mentoring, hands-on workshops, shadowing, and intern opportunities, community events, business tips, morning lives packed full of helpful advice, create the industry’s first Aesthetic ER kit, and our very own Medical Aesthetic Conference.
I have trained countless providers across the country that have in turn built very successful medspas. I have become a national speaker and trainer for several companies including Prollenium, Merz, MINT, Benev, Candela, Aesthetic Next, The Aesthetic Show, and more.
I’ve worked with many (in and out of the medical aesthetic industry) highly-motivated and hard-working individuals like you to transform their thinking through powerful life coaching techniques, challenging those negative thoughts and turning them into motivation.

Do you learn better in a group setting?
In the small group coaching program, Yvonne will work closely with each member of the group to improve your mindset, identify triggers, obstacles, and limiting beliefs, narrow down your chief aims, become more intentional, and self-set big audacious goals, create new habits, find internal motivations identify resistance to change identity personal values and beliefs.
