By enrolling in or purchasing any coaching services provided by Yvonne Dellos (“Coach” or “We”), you (“Client” or “You”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment and Fees

All coaching services require full payment before sessions commence unless otherwise agreed upon. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable. You acknowledge and agree that there will be no refunds for any coaching services, regardless of whether you attend the sessions or not.

2. Scheduling and Rescheduling

• Scheduled Calls: All coaching sessions are scheduled in advance. By purchasing a coaching package or booking an individual session, you commit to the scheduled time.
• Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule a session, you must notify the Coach at least 24 regular business hours in advance (business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays). Failure to provide at least 24 business hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited with no refund or rescheduling option.
• No-Shows: If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a “no-show” and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

3. Program and Services

• Coaching Program Scope: The specific details of your coaching program, including the number of sessions, duration, and content, will be outlined in your program agreement or service order. Coaching services are provided via Zoom video conferencing. .
• Program Modifications: The Coach reserves the right to adjust the format, delivery, or schedule of the coaching program if necessary. Any major changes will be communicated to the Client in advance.

4. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during coaching sessions is confidential. However, you acknowledge that coaching is not therapy or counseling and is not intended to diagnose or treat any mental health conditions. You are encouraged to seek professional advice if needed.

5. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the coaching program, you agree that the Coach is not liable for any personal or professional outcomes, losses, or damages resulting from the coaching services. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

6. Termination of Services

The Coach reserves the right to terminate coaching services at any time if the Client does not comply with the terms and conditions or if the Coach feels the coaching relationship is no longer productive. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Utah, United States of America. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Washington County, Utah, United States of America..

8. Amendments

The Coach reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the coaching program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By enrolling in or paying for a coaching program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
